• Our provider verification is a review process, not a guarantee of quality, safety, or suitability.
• Some providers may compensate Seniors.mx for referrals. This is always disclosed transparently.

3. Family Responsibilities

Families using our services are responsible for:

• Independently verifying all provider licensing, credentials, safety, and suitability
• Making their own informed care decisions
• Conducting in-person visits to facilities when possible
• Consulting with licensed healthcare professionals for medical decisions
• Providing accurate information during the consultation process

4. Limitation of Liability

Seniors.mx shall not be held liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services, including but not limited to the quality of care provided by referred providers. Our role is limited to navigation and referral guidance.

5. Intellectual Property

All content on the Seniors.mx website, including text, graphics, logos, and images, is the property of Seniors.mx and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

6. Referral Disclosure

Some care providers in our network may pay referral fees or commissions to Seniors.mx when families are placed through our service. These financial relationships are always disclosed to families before any referral is made. Referral compensation does not influence the order or nature of our recommendations.

7. Governing Law

These Terms of Use shall be governed by the laws of Mexico. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Baja California, Mexico.

8. Changes to Terms
